Worked in and around New York City for 7 years where I met my wife, Jane. After 3 years of marriage, we decided to make a change and moved to Boulder, Colorado where we have been ever since. We have 3 kids (Christina, Russell, and Carolyn). They range from 32 to 41 and only Christina is married. She and her husband Matt have a 3-year-old daughter, who fortunately lives only 20 minutes from us.
Jane and I both row competitively, although age and past injuries are catching up to us. Skiing, basketball, softball and the like were great while our knees lasted. We do see Doug and Wendy John reasonable often as well as some of the other fraternity brothers. We are definitely looking forward to the next ’70, ’71’, and ’72 reunion.
I worked my entire career as a nuclear engineer, starting in a nuclear power plant and spending the last 40 years as a consultant. I did a considerable amount of work with some Japanese clients and was able to enjoy the cultural as well as technical challenges of working there.
